I booked thos room through your sire because if the pictures. Upon arrival we did not have the room as advertised and there wwas nothing the hotel could do. Very misleading and was not happy at all.

The staff was awesome and super helpful! I didn’t have a ton of interaction with them but the head housekeeper, front desk, and breakfast attendant were all very informative when i had a question. The hotel was a little outdated and needed a little TLC as in the bathroom the paint or ceiling was chipping and peeling away, the walls were kinda banged up or had some pretty noticeable dents in them. In another room i booked i noticed some water damage around the A/C unit too. Overall it wasn’t a bad hotel and was clean as i saw no issues with cleanliness. I would stay here again when we come back to visit the area.

My wife and I went to visit Frankenmuth for the weekend and chose to stay on the outside of the town due to cost. Our stay at this Hampton Inn was great! Check in was quick and seamless, hotel was very clean and the staff was polite and professional. In the morning the breakfast offered a large variety of options which included waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins, variety of juices and coffee, etc. It was always kept stock and the areas were consistently being cleaned by staff. Once we entered our room we were greeted with a welcome card left by Judy our housekeeper with a nice bible versus. Our stay was great and we will return in the future.

The staff on this property is excellent! We had to switch rooms because of unforseen circumstance. They did everything in their power to make it as painless as possible. They did a great job and all ended well and everyone had fun! The staff on this property is top-notch! My wife suffers from anxiety and gets really anxious when something unforeseen happens. My wife was upset and they were still very kind and patient! My wife being upset had nothing to do with them I want to make that perfectly clear. I would like to personally think Chelsea at the front desk for helping our stay to be stress-free! This is a very understanding and compassionate staff! You all should be proud of yourself!

Our stay at Hampton Inn at Birch Run was very good. Staff was great good breakfast, clean room. I do miss the house keeping each day on a multiple night stay.

This is a very nice Hampton Inn. We stayed here while we were visiting Frankenmuth. It was about a 10 minute drive to there which made it very convenient. We stayed for three nights and the only thing I didn't like was that we had to keep going to the front desk for towels and I caught up with someone in housekeeping one day and asked if i could give her our dirty towels because they were piling up with 4 people. She gladly took them. The breakfast was very nice in the mornings. The gentleman that runs that area is very efficient and keeps the breakfast area very clean. The pool was a little disappointing. You could smell the chlorine as soon as you can in the front door and despite it being an indoor pool the water was freezing. Overall we would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a bag of candy in our room and a pill laying on the floor so it wasn't cleaned very well. The front desk person was in a hurry to check us in and seemed annoyed at something. No bags in trash cans.
