Tranquilla casa di campagna
La casa si trova a pochi km dal centro di Saint Gilles e ad una trentina di km dalle più selvaggie e belle spiagge della Camargue. Casa molto spaziosa adatta ad un gruppo di 8 persone con camere indipendenti tranne due in cui il loro letto è corrispondente all'ingresso dell'appartamento. Spazio esterno immerso nel verde con uso promisquo della piscina molto rilassante.

Beau site, excellente situation, mais impression de laissez-aller
Le négatif: ce gite donne l'impression de vivre sur ses acquis et de ne plus être vraiment entretenu. Exemples: dans l'escalier, le lustre pend et il n'y a plus de lumière(dangereux) et pas de rampe pour se tenir (nous étions en famille avec les grands-parents), les vitres ne sont plus faites depuis longtemps, les moustiquaires sont sales et certaines pendouillent ou sont cassées,salons de jardin et barbecues non nettoyés depuis longtemps aussi,on sent que le ménage est fait très vite(une chaussette d'un locataire d'avant trouvée sous un lit par ex...), il manque un grand faitout pour cuisiner pour 10 personnes, pas de bouilloire, etc..Le lave vaisselle est tombé en panne le lundi matin, pas de possibilité de remplacement, ce qui nous a étonné et a contribué à notre impression de "laxisme" ambiant, car cela devrait être anticipé dans un gite avec autant de locations...De plus, nous nous sommes retrouvés témoins d'une altercation assez violente entre d'autres locataires et la propriétaire des lieux, qui a nécessité la venue de la police,( pas cool pour un we de pâques en famille.) Nous n'avions pas non plus le code du portail pour entrer à notre arrivée et heureusement un des locataires nous a dépanné en nous ouvrant, la propriétaire étant injoignable et l'autre n° plus en circulation...Celle-ci nous a recontacté plus tard en s'excusant. le positif : il n'y avait pas de cafetière, on nous en a apporté une dès le lendemain matin. Le site est super bien situé, non loin de Nîmes, des Saintes Maries de la Mer, Aigues-Mortes, Arles... les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques et l'ameublement du mas "les flamands" donne une impression de charme à l'ensemble, très agréable. C'est très spacieux. Nous conserverons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour.

excellent séjour en famille
Nicole la propriétaire est très sympa, accueillante elle essaie de satisfaire les demandes des vacanciers. L a propriété plusieurs logements, est très agréable, dommage qu'il y ai des tirs de canons la nuit pour chasser les oiseaux sur les champs de culture situés tout autour de la propriété. Il ne faut pas avoir envie du pain frais le matin car St GILLES est à 7KMS.

Un paradiso , da sistemare!!
Posizione tranquilla, relax garantito !!! Da lontano la casa è come nelle foto , poi però da vicino resto un po’ male..... le facciate si scrostano, il giardino non e’ ben tenuto, all’interno e’ proprio come nelle foto ma ci sono ragnatele ovunque, sui lampadari ,sui divani, sui mobili , sulle pareti.... insomma , di scarsa manutenzione !! La Wi-fi prende poco, quando nella descrizione e’ garantita . La piscina ha l’acqua bianca e i bordi ingialliti dall’acqua ferma, non di certo come nella foto !!! Basterebbe un po’ più di cura e di pulizia per poter passare una vacanza al top !!!!

Es war toll
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Hausteil ist mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen verbunden. Hatten für ein verlängertes Wochenende Pech mit den Nachbarn (sehr laut bis in den frühen morgen), ansonsten super schöne Ferien und der Pool ist Hammer. Leider ist die Küche klein und somit macht kochen nicht Freude.

Herrlich ruhig gelegen mit schön ausgestatteten Zimmern. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Toller Pool und Spielzimmer mit Kicker usw. für die Kids. Traumhafter Garten und relaxte Atmosphäre - gerne wieder!
