This typical Auvergne house located in the heart of St Jacques des Blats and close to the ski resort of Lioran with an area of ​​110m2 can accommodate up to 8 people maximum.

It has on the ground floor a large bedroom with wood stove, a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.

On the 1st floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, ...) and a living/dining room with television and wood stove. Direct access to a terrace and its small garden with a breathtaking view of Puy Griou.

Finally, on the 2nd floor you will find 2 bedrooms with a water point and toilet.

At the foot of the house, on the banks of the river, you will have a play area for children with a pétanque court.
Perfect place to spend holidays with family or friends.

St Jacques des Blats is the ideal starting point for several hikes and access to several exceptional sites (Le Lioran, Puy Mary, Puy Griou).
A bakery, a butcher, a tobacco bar and restaurants are located near the house.
The casino of Vic sur Cère is located 10km away.

Gite très agréable

Les charmes de l'ancien pour un agréable séjour dans le cantal
Charmante maison ancienne en centre de village, très spacieuse, très bien équipée, magnifiques vues sur les sommets des alentours depuis la terrasse. En famille avec 2 enfants de 8 et 11 ans, l'agencement du logement était très bien. Le point d'eau / toilette du 2ème étage manque d'intimité mais convient bien pour un usage d'appoint. La chambre parentale au rez de chaussée, la cuisine et le séjour au 1er restent très frais même en cas de forte température, les chambres au 2e étage prennent plus la chaleur. Nous retournerons dans ce logement avec plaisir si nous en avons à nouveau l'occasion.
