Welcome to our 100m² flat with sea views.
Discover Saint-Jean-de-Monts, with its long sandy beaches and numerous hiking and cycling trails. The flat is ideally located on the embankment.
Group travel: we have a second 40m² flat adjoining the flat, which can accommodate 4 people. The 2 accommodations can be rented simultaneously.

- A smaller bedroom area with a sofa bed (this area has no door and is closed with a curtain)
- A shower room with washbasin, mirror, towel rail and storage space
- Separate WC

- Two double bedrooms with bedside tables and lamps
- A shower room in one of the two bedrooms, with basin, mirror and heated towel rail
- A laundry area with washing machine

Outside:
-A 40m² terrace with garden furniture: 1 table with 12 chairs + 1 bench + 2 sun loungers as well as a barbecue. The outdoor area has a pergola.
GROUP TRAVEL :
We have the second accommodation of 40m², which can accommodate 4 people, present in the same enclosure.
Group trips can therefore be made more enjoyable by booking nearby accommodation, for greater conviviality.

The flat is located in a property with 2 dwellings. The entrance is on the courtyard side, part of which is shared by the 2 dwellings.
