From your reservation to your entry into the premises, everything is done to make you feel comfortable and ready to spend a most pleasant and authentic stay!

Exterior of the Chalet:
The chalet is located on a plot of 1200 m², travelers arrive directly with their vehicle on a private parking with covered spaces. directly accessible from the car park, tenants have a storage room (bikes / skis ...) specific to their apartment and lockable. the garden has an arbor with a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a barbecue.

Interaction with travelers:
I can be reached during my break hours and entirely in the evening to answer any questions or needs of travelers. The arrival at the Chalet can be done in complete autonomy, which allows to offer a great flexibility and thus to adapt to all schedules of the tenants. As soon as you enter the apartment, you will have the opportunity to find out about all the best plans in the region: restaurants, cultural outings, the best family hikes, the various activities offered by the surrounding municipalities as well as major annual events, everything this thanks to the guide that I wrote specially for travelers, it will save you time and have a good time with family!

The district is ideally located a stone's throw from Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, while being far enough away to be quiet and of course with a magnificent view of the Lachat du Grand Bornand and part of the Aravis range. It is the ideal compromise between accessibility to ski areas and well-deserved evening rest in a mountain setting.

Stylish apartment

This apartment is beautiful, and exactly as the photos. The location is slightly outside St Jean, but the view from the balcony towards Grand Bornand is amazing. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. Being up in the hills slightly, it did mean that the searing heat (30 degs +) was lessened, making overnight temperatures much more comfortable for sleeping. The apartment was very comfortable, and we took full advantage of the nespresso machine, washing machine and dishwasher having previously spent a week hotel hopping. We enjoyed lots of trips out, to Annecy, up the cable cars in Grand Bornand, and also the Mont Blanc Tramway. Plus a day watching the TdF in Cluses. You definitely need a car, as most places to visit are 30-60 mins drive away. We had a moment of panic a week or so before arriving as we didn't hear from Francois for a few days, but all was fine, and he was there to greet us when we arrived (although it is also accessed via a lockbox). It's incredible to look at the photos of the work Francois has put into the chalet to renovate it. We would definitely recommend this for people wanting to be out of the hustle and bustle.

Comme on s'y sent bien !

Vraiment parfait, une déco superbe, agencement au top, l'emplacement extra à deux pas des stations. Attention tout de même, n'est pas très adapté aux très jeunes enfants, les escaliers et la mezzanine ne leurs sont pas accessibles... Merci beaucoup à Mr Granger, il est dispo et très réactif. Séjour au top, c'est certain nous y sejournerons à nouveau.!

L'appartement se situe dans une ancienne grange et a été restauré avec beaucoup de gout, des matériaux de qualité. La vue depuis le balcon est un plus, sanitaire, douche, ... en excellent état.

Pratique pour arrivées tardives, on récupère les clés avec un code. Habitation très agréable, très bonne literie, beaucoup de rangements. Appartement situé à 1h d Annecy, et de Chamonix... à 2km du Grand Bornand, 5km de La Clusaz, donc bien situé pour se promener.

L’esprit bois

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement situé à Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, entre Le Grand-Bornand et La Clusaz, à proximité de nombreuses activités (randonnées, luge d’été, patinoire...). Le logement, dans un chalet parfaitement rénové, allie la construction traditionnelle savoyarde avec une touche de modernité. Nous avons été conquis.
