Beautiful hotel. The staff were excellent to deal with. The walking was not exactly user friendly. We ordered a cab to take us into town which was a good experience. Breakfast was very good. People working in the dining area went over & above.

I was pleasantly impressed with the facility, its decor, cleanliness and overall feeling of quality found only in more expensive establishments. I liked the historical touch of associating a British castle name to a room. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This property is top-notch. It’s clean and quiet, and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you. Plus the location is perfect; it’s about a 7-10 minute drive from the hotel to the Bay Ferries terminal (the ferry that takes you to Nova Scotia). I would definitely stay there again.
