We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, this charming flat in duplex in a house of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². Sheets and towels in supplement, we wait for you!

We have a second unit in the building available for rent: "Le Rock".

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine...
- A veranda with dining area.
- A laundry room.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with en-suite shower room with WC.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) with adjoining shower room with WC.

Outside :
- A fenced garden facing south.
- A terrace of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint-Julien-Chapteuil, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The village is next to 2 ski resorts, (le Meygal and les Estables) and next to 2 golf courses 18 holes. In autumn the place is ideal for mushroom picking. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of bars, hairdresser, florist...

Nearby:
- Le Puy-en-Velay located 17 km away (20 minutes by car).
- The fortress of Polignac located 19.6 km (19 minutes by car).
- The Beaume waterfall at 25 km (28 minutes by car).
- Arlempdes 40 km (40 minutes by car) away.

The village is nestled in the heart of the Massif du Meygal and the remains of its medieval past are still visible today.
