Intra Muros, July/August 2019
This was our second trip to this property (last one 2016), and once again it proved to be an excellent choice. The apartment is in a fantastic location - close to the shops, restaurants, entertainment and the beaches. The apartment is well equipped, and the check-in and check-out were both very straightforward. Thank you for another excellent summer holiday!

Fabulous Apartment in Saint-Malo Intra Muros
My wife and I were fortunate to find this amazing apartment in Saint-Malo, Bretagne, France. CORRECTION!!! It is NOT located in Dinard. It had absolutely everything we needed or wanted to really live here. Great location and enjoyed meeting the owner, upon our departure. A very nice man. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us. Lovely week in Saint Malo Intra Muros
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here just before Saint Malo's high season. It was summer (July 5-15) so there was music outside the window everyday from about 11am to 10 pm. At first we were worried that constant music would be annoying. Particularly since we have to keep the windows open due to lack of air conditioning. We (mainly) loved the acts outside our window. They are required to audition from what we were told so the quality is high. On the rare occasion we didn't like them, we left to walk the darling town and dine in one of the many wonderful restaurants. We were grateful to the property manager for his kindness at the start and end of the stay (as well as his willingness to stay connected via text if we needed anything during the stay). Our only complaints were the very dull knives (we like to cook and had wonderful access to very fresh fish each day) and the stingy amount of linens we received (we were required to rent them as most renters can apparently bring their own) particularly only having one dish towel and one hand towel for the toilette. We would absolutely recommend this flat to anyone staying in Saint Malo for the first time.

Tolle Wohnung im Herzen von Saint Malo
Ideale Ausgangsbasis für unseren tollen Urlaub in der Bretagne. Mitten im Stadtzentrum gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zum Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Öffnet man die Fenster ist man mitten im quirligen Stadtleben, durch die tolle Schalldämmung hört man bei geschlossenen Fenster nichts! Die nach hinten liegenden Schlafzimmer garantieren ungestörte Nachtruhe. In dem grosszügigen Wohnzimmer mit Küche hat man viel Platz um es sich gemütlich zu machen. Dank der Parkkarte war auch das Parken kein Problem. Zahlreiche Parkplätze befinden sich an der Stadtmauer mit nur kurzen Fusswegen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, auch mit hervorragender Unterstützung durch Gaitan, der uns bei Fragen jederzeit behilflich war. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder, Ingrid und Wolfgang!

Toplocatie!!!!
Mooi ruim appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt en meer. Op één hoog boven gezellige winkeltjes en vrolijke straatmuzikanten. Wil je de gezellige levendigheid van buiten meemaken dan zet je de deuren van het Franse balkon (maar liefst vier stuks naast elkaar) open. Wil je rust dan doe je de deuren gewoon dicht en is het stil. Helemaal stil is het in de slaapkamers die dieper in het appartement liggen en waarin je dus niets meekrijgt van het stadsleven. Saint Malo zelf is heerlijk als je geniet van een plaats met veel geschiedenis maar ook van gezellige levendigheid plus het strand, de zee en prachtige luchten.

Wonderful flat in absolutely stunning location, overlooking one of the main squares I.M. albeit being really quiet (at least in pre-season). Flat feels like home, fully equipped. Big bonus for guests arriving by car is the underground parking just in front of the Muros. Thanks a lot to the great host.

Nous avons retrouvé cet appartement pour la seconde fois avec grand plaisir, nous nous y sentons "chez nous". Accueil très charmant du propriétaire. Situation idéale en intra-muros

Tolle Wohnung an lebhaftem Platz!
Wir haben die Sommerwoche sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist hübsch und geräumig und sehr zentral. Toll waren die großen Fenstertüren, die frische Luft und eine tolle Atmosphäre ermöglichten! Auf dem Platz gab es viel Straßenmusik: bei geöffneten Türen war man live dabei :-), geschlossen sorgten sie für Ruhe. Monsieur Bernhard ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt! Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil 🇫🇷👍🏼
Ein toller Urlaub mit super Wetter, ein perfektes Domizil zum Wohlfühlen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Saint Malo und Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und maritim eingerichtet. Alle ist sehr gepflegt und die Unterkunft war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Hier erwartet den Gast, im Vergleich zu anderen spartanisch eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen oder Häusern, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch sonst hat der Gastgeber an vieles gedacht. Überall im Haus, in jedem Raum, gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten Dinge aufzuhängen und zu verstauen (großzügige Gardroben und Schränke ausreichend Haken im Bad). Das Beste ist, dass sich alle Räume verdunkeln lassen. Besonders die Schlafzimmer werden mit Innen-Holzfensterläden komplett verdunkelt. Außerdem besitzt die Wohnung schallisolierte Fenster, die das städtische Leben außen vor lässt, wenn man sie schließt. Einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu haben ist in einer Stadt unbezahlbar. Das war in der Tat ein i-Tüpfelchen. Einfach klasse. Bei allen anderen positiven Bewertungen können wir uns unseren Vorrednern nur anschließen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants.L'appartement est magnifique. Il est aménagé et décoré avec goût et tout y a été pensé pour passer des moments agréables. Il est idéalement situé au centre de la ville (intra muros). Le parking est vraiment appréciable, la voiture y est restée toute la semaine. Nous avons tout fait à pied, en bus et en bateau. Eine tolle Wohnung mitten im Geschehen. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar: Stadtzentrum, Einkauf und Strand! Perfekte Lage! Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und die Übergabe der Wohnung waren unkompliziert und herzlich. Mit ein paar "Französischkenntnissen" haben wir uns gut verständigen können. Danke für den Cidre und die kleinen "Kuchen". Die Parkkarte für die Tiefgarage, nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt, ist wirklich ein Segen und machte den Urlaub noch entspannter! Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
