Très beau complexe avec piscine incroyable et accès à la plage des salines. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon. Les chambres cependant mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.

Good spot but very expensive
We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights but it certainly isn’t 5* but the restaurant prices are for mediocre food! We were on B&B basis thankfully so after first night ate out at excellent local restaurants at sensible prices. You need reef shoes on the beach and in the lagoon but even just standing you can see a great array of fish so snorkelling is excellent. We even saw a humpback whale just beyond the reef.

Lovely location and staff were all very helpful and friendly, food was also good. However as other reviews have said the rooms could certainly do with an update, they're not 5 star quality. Also it was our honeymoon which we'd told them before arriving - they said by email that we could have some 'freebies' on production of our marriage certificate but there was no mention of it when we checked in or at any other point during our stay and so we were never given the opportunity to prove that it was our honeymoon and receive whatever 'freebies' they were offering. In comparison, the hotel where we stayed next in Mauritius offered us on arrival the opportunity to have a complimentary candle-lit dinner and provided us with champagne and other gifts, without requiring us to prove that it was our honeymoon.

The breakfast was amazing, many great options, everything delicious and fresh. It's right on the beach, there's plenty of space on the sun beds, the pool is really good as well.The beach is superb, warm water, and can you go snorkelling right from the beggining of the beach.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. I was not fond of all the feral cats. Feral cats although cute are a big problem for endemic species especially on a small island.

The best place in Reunion Island
The hotel is one of the best in Reunion, I would definitely refer more people to stay there. Location is perfect, the entire atmosphere is fantastic.

hotel isn't true 5 star, lobby is nice but rooms are very minimal. Not much more than a bed, tv and chair. bathroom is tiny; its impossible not to flood the bathroom because of open shower/tub.

Good location and resort amenities but not 5 star.
The location of the property and general resort amenities are good, but the resort is not a 5 star standard. Probably a 4 star at best. Rooms are small and in-room amenities are limited. Room servicing and maintenance also not up to 5 star standards and needs management attention.

Nice location on the beach with a great concierge service. However it is sorely let down by terrible service in the rest of the resort and small rooms that are in desperate need of refurbishment. Neither the service or rooms approach 5* level and some serious improvement is needed.
