Charming little T3 and its incredible sunny balcony, clear view at the Chalp de Saint-Véran, in the heart of the protected nature of Queyras!Linen is not provided, possibility to rent it.

L'Aigue blanche is an old farmhouse before 1800 it is part of the homes that escaped the terrible fire of 1901 .This typical house of the time is composed of a wooden fuselage on two levels, a caset (former housing) of an outbuilding (old forge) and also an old stable refitted on the ground floor.
We welcome you to this old farmhouse completely renovated (July 2017) located at Chalp Sainte Agathe, hamlet of the town of Saint Veran in the heart of the regional park of Queyras.
La Chalp Sainte Agathe is the starting point for cross-country ski trails and many summer and winter treks.
You can also go directly to Molines en Queyras ski resort, which is twinned with Saint Véran ski resort and ski back from the chamois track that passes over the chalet.
For beginners skiers departure and return possible by shuttle to 100 ml of the chalet.
We are close to the Baita du Loup or you can enjoy Raclette evening, fondues and other specialties of the region.
The Edelweiss apartment (42 m2) renovated in 2017 is located on the second level of the fuse.
It includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a main room with kitchenette directly overlooking a balcony terrace of more than 20 m2.
From the balcony you have a clear view of the mountain and the meadow opposite where regularly come deer, chamois and marmots.

Logement bien placé dans un ancien bâtiment typique du Queyras. Belle vue du grand balcon en bois.
Séjour très agréable, soleil sur le balcon même fin janvier pour le café. Restaurant à 100m, départs directs de balades, pistes de fond toutes proches. Saint Véran rejoignable à pied par de beaux sentiers avec ou sans neige.

L'appartement est bien situé, le grand balcon terrasse est agréable et offre une belle vue. L'environnement est calme. Seul bémol: l'appartement n'est pas très fonctionnel, peu de rangement.

Cet appartement nous a beaucoup plu une terrasse très agréable un environnement calme et le petit resto avec des dîners à emporter à ne pas rater..... Départs de marche à proximité.... Tout y est pour 1 super séjour.
