The room had no hair dryer, no coffee maker in room, I have stayed at this hotel many times and there was always a hair dryer and coffee before, also having a room with an outside door, but now here is no key to that door so if I go out I have to walk to the lobby and down to the room, so having an outside door defeats the purpose

No staff at reception. Had to wait 10 minutes. No working ice machine. No working coffee machine at breakfast. Nothing stocked in the vending machine. On site restaurant/bar was closed. Rooms were clean and shower was new. But very little amenities for travellers. We will not stay here again.

Hotel is old and in need of facelift. Room itself was OK but hallway and stairwell were dirty. The hotel smelt of disinfectant when we arrived in the afternoon but smelt foul in the morning.

Right off the Trans Canada just east of Montreal made this a great first night stop from SW Ontario. One drawback was no restaurant at this exit, only fast food. We followed the front desk recommendation of a restaurant just back west about 10 minutes. We were not disappointed!!
