At the foot of the ramparts of the medieval city of Sainte Suzanne, classified among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France", this independent house combines a renovated old part with a contemporary extension in wooden construction.

It will accommodate up to 6 people in a comfortable setting.
In the renovated old part, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a stove for your winter evenings, and upstairs the bedroom of the "North Tower" with 2 beds of 90 x 200 and a small office. Access to this room is via a staircase leading directly into the bedroom (no door).
In the contemporary part, you will find on the garden level, the bedroom of the "South Tower" with a bed of 160 x 200 and access to the garden, upstairs the bedroom of the "Guet Tower" with a bed of 160 x 200, a baby bed and a play and relaxation area. On the same level as the old part, the contemporary part includes a living room with a view of the Charnie forest, a bathroom and a separate toilet. This cottage is equipped with WIFI and a TV.
Outside, a terrace on stilts with access to the living room, and another terrace at the bottom of the garden with dining area and barbecue.
The enclosed grounds will reassure you about the safety of children.
Please note: the cottage is located on the corner of Place Ambroise de Loré, on the edge of the departmental road 7, 60 meters from the pedestrian part of the village and 80 meters from the postern promenade.
