Fabulous and nicely modern and low rise. big but v stylish. Wonderful public spaces. Brand new. Perfect location by the sea. And huge sandy beach. Almost perfect. Amazing swimming pool huge natural.

Perfect place, easy to walk around the beach, the food and choice from the beach restaurant is very good, not so far by foot to Santa Maria center. Excellent services by the Hotel, front desk etc. To recommended.

Das Zimmer Putzpersonal war sehr aufmerksam sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bett war unglaublich bequem, jedoch fehlte uns im Bad die Ablagen Flächen. Das Morgen Buffet war ok. Das Personal an der Pool Bar war so lala...die Ausstrahlung war oft leider unmotiviert. Das Personal an der Reception war okay manchmal die Fragen nicht verstanden, schlechte Kommunikation. Die roten Liegematten waren schon grenzwertig müssten glaub mal ersetzt werden. Ansonsten sehr schöne Hotelanlage und eine sehr ruhige Atmosphäre.

All in all, a good place to stay - we felt comfortable and enjoyed some nice days (also because we have the attitude that not everything always has to be perfect). The breakfast buffet, the pool area, the cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the food served are excellent. Nevertheless, the hotel wants to be a high-class hotel and charges accordingly, so you should expect a little more. The following main points of criticism: 1. staff in the restaurants are poorly trained in relation to the prices charged (cannot give any information about allergens, have to ask several times what has been ordered, bring the wrong food/drink etc.) and are not very motivated. 2. allergy information is displayed on the menus in the restaurants (great!), but unfortunately this is not correct at all (e.g. the same risotto is labelled as containing gluten as a main course and as soon as it comes as a side dish, it is suddenly gluten-free, breaded fish croquettes are gluten-free according to the menu). 3. despite notification, we had no hot water in the shower for the whole three days

Super Hotelanlage mit einem tollen Pool und direkt am feinsandigen Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Putzteam macht einen tollen Job. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls top. Das Buffet am Abend hat eine tolle Auswahl und immer frische Pizza und Pasta. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und das Bett ist bequem. Das Bad ist geräumig und hat eine Dusche plus eine separate Wanne. An der Strandpromenade entlang ist man in knapp 10-15 Minuten im Ortskern von Santa Maria. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.
