I am amazed that this hotel only has one star. I would give it at least 3 stars. It's not The Ritz, but if you want that kind of luxury you're going to pay a lot more. This hotel is very comfortable and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean and serviced daily. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very powerful and welcome in the sticky heat of summer. My room had a small but powerful shower with the water staying at a constant temperature and good towels. I was on the first floor, facing the road. When the window was open it was a bit noisy, but with the windows closed this was not a problem at all. (And it's nice to find a room where the windows do open!)
Breakfast costs A few euros and it's worth it just for the coffee. At the touch of a button, beans are ground, producing fresh delicious coffee. in addition there was orange juice, cereal, bread for toast and a wide variety of cellophane wrapped cakes and pastries. It would have been nice to have some fruit or yoghurt rather than just sugary carbs, but I believe this is a typical Spanish breakfast. And there is a good supermarket just across the road that sells excellent fresh produce, if you need a morning fruit fix. There are vending machines for snacks, cold and hot drinks throughout the day. I didn't need it, but I believe parking is available. Checkout is at the comfortable time of 12 noon and luggage can be left and collected later.
