It's only a few minutes walk from the centre of Salcombe and with a coveted parking for 1 car and spacious terrace area it's the perfect base to explore Salcombe and the surrounding areas. Walk into town and catch the ferry to the white sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and come back to relax outside with a BBQ on the terrace.
Park your car in the space provided only 20 metres away from the property. Head up a few stairs onto the terrace to access the property.
You enter the property into the brand new spacious kitchen complete with double oven and everything you need for your stay.
Continue through to the hallway and to the left is a double room with Kingsize bed and en suite shower room with underfloor heating. Opposite this is the family bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed as well as a Smart TV and ample storage.
The living room is very light and has 2 comfy leather sofas alongside a flat screen TV and dining table for 4.
Recommended for: A couple, family or small group of friends. Gin lovers! The Salcombe Gin Distillery is a short walk down the hill!
