You will benefit on site from a large private garden on the front of the house and a terrace fitted out over the entire length of the house with summer kitchen at the back. A private swimming pool of 5mx11m will be reserved for you (protective cover). From there, you will dominate the entire surrounding countryside and see the small bell tower of the village. A carport (3 places) is reserved for you. Pets not allowed. The owner of the premises lives on site in a semi-detached accommodation, to ensure the reception of holidaymakers and the maintenance of the property. From there, you can enjoy many possibilities for visits and activities: equestrian center at 1km, L'Isle-en-Dodon market (13km) on Thursday mornings, farm producers, hiking trails, Saint-Frajou lake at 5km (fishing and walking), medieval village of Aurignac and Aurignacian Museum at 14km, and many other discoveries! On the ground floor: entrance, kitchen/dining room, living room, Vigne bedroom (1 double bed 160cm and 1 extra bed 140cm with private bathroom/WC). Upstairs: landing converted into an office area and small relaxation area, reading/games room, small baby room. Yellow Family Room (1 double bed 160cm and an extra bed 140cm with bathroom/WC with bath and shower), and Lavender Room (1 double bed 160cm and an extra bed 140cm with bathroom/WC).
