Nice hotel that lacks service
The hotel is relatively new and in nice condition. The rooms are clean the bed was comfortable. Our initial view was positive especially with the front desk uppn arrival but there were several little things that were irritating. First, the hair dryer was broken. Then they didn't come after our first night to clean the room. When I went to the desk that evening after being gone for 8 hours, the person at the front desk insisted that we must have left the do not disturb sign on the door, which we did not. She gave me a new set of towels upon request but it was her insistent position that I found rude. Why debate a customer? The second night was filled with loud noises where patrons were running and stomping on floors all night. To add to that, our room faced the freeway onramp which was loud. Hard to get a good nights sleep. Sprinkle a few non functioning electric and USB plugs and that completes the picture. It wasn't horrible but we'll be trying another hotel next we visit family.

The staff at this Holiday Inn was beyond nice. They made you feel like family they took time sat down talked with about what they wanted for Christmas. They were excited to hear about the reason for the trip and the following day asked how the event was for them!

Property was clean. Was quite loud from a party below us. Quite loud with guests above us. All said, a decent stay. Breakfast and the attendant doing breakfast was great!

I booked this hotel 3 days ahead of my travel with no issues. After a 10 hour drive and a very long day, my family of 5 received a call that they overbooked for the night and needed us to cancel our reservation. They called us 45 minutes prior to arriving, which was almost 9pm, leaving us scrambling for a place to sleep with availability. If overbooking occurred, they had 3 days to inform us but chose to leave it to the last hour. Such a terrible experience after a full day of driving. Would not recommend

I don't think I will get a room in a Holliday in again. The sheets were dirty, staff sleeping on the job, gotta say a prayer before showering so you can get some water pressure. Maybe I'm too spoiled.

Had better visits before.
The internet was very weak and spotty on the 2nd floor. Soap in shower was empty. Very few channels available if they even came through. No channels for the kids, no national news channels available. Watched my phone when internet was working. Had to use data the rest of the time. Breakfast was good.
