No frills hotel
Pros:room was nice
Cons:No info leaflets on display about local attractions, but did get a couple when I asked receptionist, which she took from drawer.
Location:location is not great, unless your driving
Situated in retail park with various fast food eating places around it. About 8 miles from Salisbury and told by receptionist that shuttle to Salisbury took 45 minutes or around £22 taxi one way. Room was nice but no fridge. Breakfast was buffet and was nice. Reception staff could be friendlier.

Convenient and clean hotel
Pros:Clean, tidy and good location.
Cons:Nothing.
Location:Stonehenge - cultural.
On arrival at the hotel, we were checked in by a friendly, polite and efficient member of the concierge team. He was well-presented and did all the things he was supposed to do, including showing us where breakfast would be the next morning. The whole process was swift and effortless. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and far better than a hotel down the road which we had tried on previous trips. There are a host of local amenities nearby such as fast food restaurants and even a carvery. It was perfect for our trip to Stonehenge and Tidworth. Would thoroughly recommend!

Early Wake Ups
We stayed at this hotel 3 days over the Christmas period and were excited about waking up in a hotel on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. We were happy to be allocated a room on the first floor. The staff who greeted us were pretty friendly so it was a good start. However, I found a hair on my pillow when I arrived, which was a little surprising given that the hotel wasn't busy at the time, so I would have expected it to at least be clean. The bathroom and the sheets looked clean so it wasn't the end of the world. I used one less pillow instead. Sadly, things went downhill when we were woken just after 8am on Christmas Day by a cleaner continually knocking on the door asking if we would like the room cleaned. We didn't have a sign on the door asking for the room to be cleaned, but there wasn't a do not disturb sign either so we were quite surprised to be woken so early. I told the cleaner that we didn't need the room cleaned and asked if the room could be cleaned the following day after 11am. The cleaner agreed and left. However, we were woken the next day again at 8.30... with the offer of our room being cleaned. If this had been Mon-Fri and a working week, being woken at this time is 100 acceptable... but over the holiday period, not so much. So, overall, a bit disappointed about cleanliness and general courtesy but may consider staying again.

Stopover on the way back from longleat safari park to London
Nice hotel, free parking, staff were great, we were disappointed to find we had been booked a room with twin beds but they managed to accommodate us with a double bed which was great without too much fuss. Great stay with breakfast.

Nice room shame about the spare beds
Four of us stayed in a nice clean large room, lovely decor and furniture, large shower. Reasonable facilities inc. iron ironing board, kettle,tea/coffee and basic toiletries.
Bed was nice however the bed settees weren't the best to sleep on. Pleasant staff and I imagine the views from the upper floors are lovely . Easily accessible from a303 and excellent location to visit Stonehenge (3 miles away)and other nearby historical places.

A big disappointment.
We called in advance to seek confirmation that we could watch a special event on Sky TV and were told it would be available in the bar. When we arrived, there was no Sky TV in that hotel. Although that sounded incredible, we were staggered later, when asked to pay cash for room service because someone forgot to ask is for a card impression at the desk. Airconditioning would not heat the room above 18 degrees.
Food however was good after we paid in cash money.
Would never stay here again.
