There were two rooms that alarms would go off starting from 6 AM and not go off until about 11. People were very loud coming down the halls not the hotel’s fault. Other than that. It was a very nice stay. Staff was amazing ! You could also hear the freeway traffic, but that’s on me. I didn’t realize the hotel was on the freeway. I’m from Arizona not Utah

Check in was quick and great, Lobby smelled fresh and clean. But when we got to our room it went downhill. Rooms are updated and new. Loved the hard floors rather than carpet. But the floor couldn’t have been mopped. White floor, but obviously not mopped. Swept only. Shower didn’t drain. Bed was super comfortable, but sheets weren’t 100% clean. There was also a piece of floss on a coat hook in the entry! Had good hopes, could be really great, love the updated rooms, but cleaning was very lacking.

The facility was clean and nice. The room was nice only complaint was the beds are extremely hard so it was hard to sleep. There was also a loud bang that continually happened throughout the night and into the morning. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
