I have stayed at this hotel multiple times now. I really like the large rooms and bathrooms. This time, I used the gym on site and it was basically a sauna in there. I tried messing with the thermostat in there and it didn't change anything.

Wonderful hotel A++

We were in town for a local competition. The rooms were spacious, very clean, bends and linen crisp and comfortable. The whole property was so clean. They even had pool and hot tub and fitness room. The best thing was the complimentary breakfast. It was extensive with made to order omelettes as well as the normal breakfast foods. High quality and delicious.

I booked this Embassy Suites stay in Utah because I have stayed at ES in other states and it’s always been great. This stay was not. The room was dirty and never did get cleaned well the whole week we were there. We watched a big hairball and a piece of garbage stay on the floor in the hallway on the 6th floor the whole time we were there. The 2 queen beds were the most uncomfortable and smallest queens we have ever seen. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. The pillows were garbage. I find it hard to believe that a hotel that size didn’t have a room with a king bed for us….it wasn’t crowded when we were there at all. We complained the first night we got there because the desk/nightstand in our room was broken and they said they would get us another room. We didn’t pursue it the next day because we were busy and they never checked back with us about it. Just a terrible experience. We won’t ever stay there again even though we will be back in that area twice a year! You can do better Embassy Suites!!

Nice but don’t stay on the top floor.

The hotel was very nice, spacious rooms however toilets didn’t flush right, shower was so weak I could hardly rinse my hair. They offered in room keurig but not a cup could be found. Breakfast choices were great,
