Roaches, water damage, mold, dirt, you name it. They transferred me to a better room but it was only a slight improvement. Avoid this hotel and spend the extra money elsewhere.

The staff at the property was great. I was traveling with my daughters alone and the hotel didn’t feel safe with the amount of random men in the lobby just “hanging out” our room was on the first floor and by a back door that was left open. Our heating unit was giving off a bad smell and we ended up leaving after multiple attempts to reach Expedia

DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE.
Do Not stay in this hotel. Not American owned. Which I should’ve known they would be filthy. Mold got my daughter , granddaughter and myself very sick. Very very dirty. I ask to change rooms and wasn’t allowed and still charged. DO NOT STAY HERE. Holiday Inns are always clean. Love them. Worse one I ever stayed in.

It was fine
The workers were cheerful and friendly. Room did not have nearly enough towels (3 towels for 5 people). We had to ask for more towels several times in the 3 days we were there. We had reserved a room with two queen beds and got two fulls instead. Breakfast was way below average as far as variety and quality of food- pretty disappointing. Cleanliness was so-so.
