Normally we love this property and stay whenever in town. This stay was different, upon arrival toilet was clogged, the mattress had a divot in it that made it very uncomfortable, the shower was tightened so tight I thought it was going to break when I was able to turn it on and after it dripped constantly. Homeless sleeping on the lawns outside the property, open drug use, etc.

Fancy but...
It is a beautiful hotel with beautiful finishes. It is aging though. The carpet in the halls and stairs was kind of dirty, but probably just between cleanings. One of the sinks in our bathroom drained VERY slowly, which was kind of gross. The biggest issue for me was the pillows. They were the most uncomfortable hotel pillows I have ever used. The staff was amazing and it is very high end. It is an amazing place. It is very fancy.
