The hotel had installed new mattresses in all of the rooms and they were so stiff it was impossible to get a good nights sleep. The staff added a crate mattress topper but it did not help. Perhaps they could have changed out only half of the mattresses so the guests that were having issues with the new stiff mattresses could be moved to rooms that had older softer mattresses.

The layout of the room was somewhat uncomfortable. It is best that the fees for parking are available at the time of reservation made; and also the length of time allowed to return the financial hold for incidentals should be revealed and forthright. Most lodging hold card information until checkout time.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful from getting checked in up to the time we left. I upgraded from the Garden to the Tower and even received a birthday discount for my granddaughter's 16th birthday! Little America is a very classy place to stay.

An Unexpected Gem in Salt Lake City. This was my very first trip to Salt Lake City, Utah. My friend had some business to attend to. By the time we wrapped up, we were both exhausted, the thought of a five-hour drive back to Las Vegas felt like being asked to run a marathon after eating an entire pizza! Enter the Incredible Little America Hotel—a true lifesaver and a breathtaking oasis amidst the city streets. This place is a sophisticated gem nestled right in downtown Salt Lake, and I’m convinced it has magical powers. Imagine this: a massive modern skyscraper hotel surrounded by charming little 1950s motel-style rooms. We scored a private motel-style room with a balcony, and let me tell you, we felt like royalty! Sure, the room had that delightful vintage vibe—think 1950s glam, but without the need for a time machine. It was spotless, clean, and offered all the modern amenities. I half expected to see a retro record player playing Nat King Cole tunes in the corner! Now, after that exhausting day, we were ready to kick back and relax. And boy, did this place deliver! I could practically hear the room whispering, “Welcome, weary traveler! Leave your worries at the door and enjoy our plush comfort!” Honestly, if I ever find myself in Salt Lake ther is no other place Id rather be.

Love this hotel. Classy and beautiful. The cafe has a turkey dinner that’s as good as Thanksgiving. The room has everything. I prefer the garden rooms, but stayed in the tower one time too. It has charm. Staff is helpful.
