Pool was closed and this is actually the Best Western! Even the front desk guy was confused when I asked for the West Valley Inn. The rooms were actually decent and seem recently remodeled.

The property was great! My only complaint is that the pool and hot tub was closed the whole time. They kept telling us that it would be open the next day and it never was.

The pool and hot tub was under construction but when I called it was open. Everything is ghetto! There is, I’m pretty sure, multiple families living in the hotel and they leave the back door open with a rock. Management doesn’t not care! Noise all the time. There is a hole in the ceiling in the hall way. DO NOT STAY HERE. It says best western but I bought a room for The Valley Inn. If I could give ZERO STARS I would!!!!

Pulling up and check-in was good. We booked a day early, so we could enjoy the pool. Pool was shut down, we were told just over night for “chemicals” came back next day and still shut down. Didn’t get to swim at all so we left and found different hotel. “Breakfast” was a joke, they had waffles that spelled delicious, bread, muffins, 2 kinds of cereal (no milk) and some juice. Our room, the floors were stained every where, trash pieces all over, fecal matter on the outside of the toilet no one wanted to clean up, shower had hair in it, and the hot water was terrible. Couldn’t even wash body and hair, water would be cold by time you got done. The bed was the only clean thing. Couldn’t get refunded, even tho we didn’t get to use any of the “accommodations.” Had several bookings to use this hotel for upcoming events, cancelled them all. Will not use again.

Worst experience ever!

It was a terrible experience. The hotel and room were dirty. You could tell they did not change the sheets. There was a lot of noise at night and the hallways reeked of marijuana. We will never stay there again.

Overall a well stay!

Stay was comfortable and clean! Location felt safe and inside the hotel was overall well maintenance (friendly) except the pool/gym were out of service and breakfast definitely needed more options and attention!!
