O Hotel fica localizado no Largo da Calçada, na Cidade Baixa, uma área bem comercial cheia de atacados e uma feira de rua. Dá acesso ao Bairro da Liberdade e outras comunidades. É perto de vários pontos turísticos, como a Igreja do Bonfim e Pelourinho, através do Elevador Lacerda. A noite é bem deserto. As acomodações são satisfatórias. Boa limpeza e bom atendimento dos funcionários. Café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mais não é ruim. O quarto que fiquei só tem uma tomada elétrica o que dificulta uso de eletrônicos de forma simultânea. A cama não é muito confortável, achei pequena.Possui garagem , elevador muito bom. Tem cozinha 24 horas com boas opções a preço justo.No geral satisfaz para estadias rápidas pelo custo benefício.

Lugar muito bom para quem vai a lavagem do Bonfim. Fiquei com medo do café devido as reclamações, mas fui surpreendida positivamente, pois é muito bom e ainda tem a possibilidade de ser feito no quarto sem custo. O serviço de quarto muito bom. Alimentação no hotel é muito boa e muito em conta. Devido a proximidade com a feira São Joaquim tem um pouco de trânsito, mas nada excessivo.

Péssimo
Diz ser hotel, porém é um misto de hotel e motel. Não recomendo se for em família, com filhos ou mãe, preparem para ouvirem coisas a noite. Não limpam o quarto hora nenhuma só quando chegamos que estava limpo. Fiquei dois dias e não foram uma vez limpar. Toalhas rasgadas. do banheiro era um pedaço de uma toalha. Pra mim ou é motel ou hotel, as duas coisas fazem com que percam hóspedes familiar, só vão a primeira vez quem tá indo leigo sem conhecer. Para não deixar sem ponto positivo, a atendente da noite quando chegamos foi super prestativa, nos ajudou a não ficar perto da parte que é motel.

Quarto abafado, sujo, piso escorregadio e sem ar, detalhe, a reserva era com ar e café da manhã. Ao descer ao restaurante, as responsáveis sequer sabiam que tinham hospedes com esse serviço. Serviram um pão quente, café requentado e uns pedaços poucos de mamão. Não recomendo.

Decepcionada com o título de “hotel”.
Então que fique bem claro para que outras pessoas estejam cientes esse “Hotel” tem esse título, mas tb tem uma parte que é “pousada”- motel, fiquei sem saber o que fazer porque estava com minha mãe, mas tive que ficar porque cheguei doente com corpo mole sem condições para dirigir , a recepcionista a princípio foi bem realista , mas se sensibilizou com a situação e nos ajudou no que precisamos e nos colocou em uma acomodação até legal. Só Tivemos o café no primeiro dia, nos demais ninguém nos perguntou se queríamos. O café da amanhã a princípio é péssimo, pelo menos no primeiro dia que tivemos. Mas quem trabalha é solicito quando precisamos. Fiquei decepcionada em saber que ali era um “hotel” misto, que fique bem claro para os demais hóspedes quando foi a este local.
Este foi o café da manhã. Café com açúcar já.
