Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

May problems with this hotel. Look at others.
Im a experienced traveler for working and pleasure. This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. Hotels that are cheaper are better. First 2 nights we could not get a blanket. 3ed night we got a blanket after days waiting on one. Still had to ask several times a day for it. 4th night we were there the maid left the blanket but took the sheet! They also don’t have hand towels. Towels are old and ratty. Shower head was broken. Mirror lost most of the reflection. Place was clean. Breakfast was below average. Windows are not sound proof. It is in busy area with nightlife so very noisy. First day only two elevator worked, one regular other was service elevator. Second day no elevators worked. 3 Ed day all 3 worked. 4th day only 2 worked. Hair dryer did not work. Safe did not work. I asked front desk 3 times to repair. We finally gave up.

Tudo muito velho, sem manutenção. Cama horrível. Travesseiro muito ruim, solicitei outro não podiam dar. Porta do banheiro cheia de buracos de cupim. Cheiro do quarto desagradável. Toalhas pessimas. Café da manhã faltava lugar pra sentar, não havia agilidade na hora de repor o café nem de limpar as mesas. Não indicaria com certeza a ninguém.

Uma espelunca.
Fiz check-in às 15 horas, chegamos no quarto cansados pós-viagem, desejando tomar um banho, porém não tinha toalhas. A recepção informou que as toalhas só iam ser entregues às 17 horas. Um completo absurdo. Consegui pegar toalhas com uma faxineira, que "roubou" de outro quarto. O jogo de cama é sofrível, não tem cobertor, então prepare-se para passar frio caso você ligue o ar condicionado. O jogo de toalhas também é de uma qualidade bem ruim. A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. As instalações são antigas. O quarto parece um motel, com piso úmido e cheiro estranho. O atendimento no geral é rude, com exceção de poucas funcionárias solícitas. A vedação de som, então, é péssima. Se você tem o sono leve, bom levar um protetor auricular. A única coisa positiva é a localização.

Hotel Velho, desorganizado, colchões jurássicos, toalhas imundas trocadas a cada dois dias e se insistir. Paredes finas que dar para escutar os outros hóspedes a todo tempo. Localização ótima, mas hiper desconfortável. A esse não volto.
