There were cockroaches in the bathroom! Many of them. The linens towels and the furniture must have been replaced and renovated decades ago.

I’d not recommend this place at all: it felt unsafe as door didn’t close from inside, there was no wardrobe or anywhere to store the belongings, the mini bar was so outdated and rusty and the room has no ventilation either any window at all. As a female solo traveler I felt so unsafe that I left the hotel as soon as I’ve checked in and booked another place for my 7 nights stay which is such a shame as I’ve double paid for this week accommodation in Salvador. As the hotel reception was packed I’ve left the hotel and went back the following day to check out only. When I checked out 6 nights before my original check out day the receptionist didn’t ask me why I was checking out much earlier than I booked for either asked me if everything was ok. I’m glad I didn’t stay more than 5 minutes at this hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs if possible.

Chegamos na madrugada no hotel e o quarto estava SUJO, COM MOFO, JANELA DO QUARTO NÃO FECHAVA, PAREDES ÚMIDAS, LENÇÓIS SUJOS, TRAVESSEIRO SÓ O MOFO e eles falaram que não podiam fazer nada. Tivemos que ir nos hospedar em um outro hotel por conta própria, procurar Uber na madrugada e hotel. Foi decepcionante! A cidade lotada e não encontrava hotel. Eles ofereceram outro quarto que estava pior, com o banheiro imundo.

Ponto positivo: o preço, apenas. De resto, o hotel segue o mesmo padrão dos outros Hoteis da rede Andrade. O colchão tinha um buraco no meio, as toalhas estavam encardidas e rasgadas e os lençóis todos amarelados. Ficamos em um quarto no subsolo, com uma janela pequena e de cara para uma parede. O elevador não funcionou durante nossa estadia.

Hospedagem horrível… NÃO RECOMENDO.
Estive hospedado junto com minha esposa e, assim que chegamos, já percebemos o mal atendimento desde a recepção. Os atendentes discutiam entre eles e nem se quer disfarçavam, gerando um constrangimento em quem estava ali presente. Havia uma única recepcionista que tentava amenizar a situação e nos atendia como deveria, porém ela era novata, e as outras que estavam ali a cortavam. O quarto ficava na parte de baixo, mal tinha uma janela que dava acesso a uma parede. Dentro do quarto, não pegava Wi-Fi nem sinal de telefone. Fomos à recepção questionar e falar que precisávamos de sinal para trabalhar e para nos comunicarmos com os familiares; porém, não nos deram atenção. Quando precisávamos fazer qualquer coisa que exigisse internet ou sinal de telefone, tínhamos que ir até a recepção, onde conseguimos. Nos ofereceram uma toalha de banho encardida e toda surrada, e só nos forneceram um lençol, sendo que era o mesmo que estava cobrindo a cama. O piso do quarto estava todo sujo e não havia nem um tapete. Mais uma vez, fomos à recepção solicitar e, como na outra vez, nos disseram que não havia mais e que não havia o que fazer, sempre com arrogância. No site fala que tem estacionamento; porém, o que existe é rotativo e é preciso ter sorte para encontrar uma vaga. O que o hotel oferece é pago: 20 reais por dia. A única coisa que se salvou foi o café da manhã, que é muito bom, e as moças da cozinha são maravilhosas. Inclusive, poderiam colocá-las na recepção.

Péssimo atendimento, faltou água no hotel por 1 dia inteiro, toalhas com furos e manchadas, sem trocas adequadas, problema na torneira do banheiro por 4 dias, sem água, apesar das várias solicitações de reparo, chuveiro sem água quente por 2 dias, frigobar com um iceberg dentro, que nem fechava a porta e o gerente nunca apareceu para ouvir nossas queixas. Colchão de molas, com molas "estouradas". Limpeza das áreas comuns péssimas, inclusive o elevador imundo.
