The hall way had a very strong odor like mold, room ac did cool much and the first night out toilet didn’t flush and fill up with water. We asked for another room and where told they would just send maintenance to fix.

Everything with the hotel was fine. However, when I accidentally forgot to login to my wife and I's shared account, I called and texted with Hotel .com's representatives and ask if they could credit the reservation (that I had literally just booked minutes before reaching out), I was told that there was NO way that could be done. Overall the room felt not clean for some reason. There were cobwebs and the dishes provided had grease/oil on them. Room above me stomped around at night and at 4:30am to 5:30am each of the 3 mornings I was there. If I ever have to go back to San Angelo I wouldn’t stay there again. Not sure how it got rated an 8 by guests?

10-15 June Stay
The hotel "newish" was located in a good part of town and i had no issues finding or getting around. The room was clean; however, underneath the bed they had a lot of dirt. I was also placed in a handicapped room that didn't make me thrilled. We couldn't figure out how to work the stove until the day we left. Yes, they had a 2 burner stove in the room and full size refrigerator. The breakfast was really good. I wish they would have made water available during breakfast, but they only offered hot water for coffee and apple juice. Overall a good stay and I would definitely stay again.
