The hall way had a very strong odor like mold, room ac did cool much and the first night out toilet didn’t flush and fill up with water. We asked for another room and where told they would just send maintenance to fix.

However, when I accidentally forgot to login to my wife and I's shared account, I called and texted with Hotel .com's representatives and ask if they could credit the reservation (that I had literally just booked minutes before reaching out), I was told that there was NO way that could be done. Overall the room felt not clean for some reason. There were cobwebs and the dishes provided had grease/oil on them. Room above me stomped around at night and at 4:30am to 5:30am each of the 3 mornings I was there. If I ever have to go back to San Angelo I wouldn’t stay there again. Not sure how it got rated an 8 by guests?

Worse visit-was better.
Bathroom floor had footprints when we arrived. Room had odor when first entered. TV was so small, couldn’t view from bed.
