"Definetely the staff! A special thank to Roxana and Rafael... and for sure the two chefs who prepared the morning breakfast I could not remember their names. So helpful, polite and friendly. They making our stay in Habana more than great. I could recommand the hotel. The bed was ok. We had a power outage almost every day, but the hotel has an emergency generator. Ask Roxana for your stay if you can buy a local SIM card. WiFi worked poorly. In the nearby is a good restaurant with a roof top. The area is typically Cuban, I would say."
