Nice hotel

The Hotel was very nice and the historical theme was well done. It was clean and staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient to most everything of interest. There was some street noise over night that was a little bothersome but would for sure stay again.

Great location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar in the hotel was good. Coffee bar in the morning hit the spot as well. Definitely would stay again.

Absolutely love this property! Whatever fragrance y’all use in the rooms I am in love with! Everything smells so clean and fresh. Atmosphere at the Tavern is great. Bar staff were great- front desk amazing and the Valet were so nice. Thank you so much for having a room in such short notice.

If you want to spend money and stay at a Historic (old) location, then this place is great. I highly suggest spending a little more and staying somewhere newer with more comfortable beds.

Hormones and ghosts

The Crockett is an amazing hotel! It was comfortable and clean. As a woman coming into perimenopause I was in dire need of a fan, as I had forgotten to bring mine. The front desk sent the maintenance man to my room to check the AC. I assured them it was not the AC just hormones LOL! This man went next door to the Menger and brought me back a fan!! To say he was my hero is an understatement! The Valet was always prompt and kind as well. The Tavern had good live music and delicious food! I was a little disappointed I didn't encounter ghost Davey Crockett but we will definitely be staying here again!

The first room the AC wasn’t working so they switched us to a suite. We had requested housekeeping but they never cleaned our room in the three nights we were there. Changing rooms must have thrown them off. It’s a charming and quaint hotel. The last night the ac seemed to not cool as well as the previous nights. Hopefully they get that fixed before summer hits.
