The staff was very rude and would not give us towels, they said they had a lot of people in the hotel and there were no towels, and then the lady in front had some and didn’t want to give us towels, then turned around and made sure we didn’t get any at service the next day.

Sauna Room!!
Our room was very hot actually the whole hotel was hot. We spoke to the front desk and they told us that it was only the hallway. We had our a/c at 60 and it felt like 90. This hotel has gone down as far as quality.

Would have given all 5 starts. But during my stay the sink from the restroom kept running and wouldn’t turn off and leaked. Eventually got it to turn off and would just barely turn it on so it wouldn’t do it again. Also only one elevator was working and took over an hour on our check out day to be able to take all our stuff down and check out. Luckily they didn’t over charge but we were there past our check out time and that’s that we woke up and were ready before.
