Convenient location and friendly staff. Hotel was older and in need of updating. The shower in our first room was not clean; however the staff ensured we were moved to a new room right away. We went out to dinner and were looking forward to having drinks at the hotel bar, but when we arrived, the bartender seemed put out that we were asking for drinks. She made sure we knew she was limited on what she could make and that she had very little beer. We chose to just return to our room. Overall, the staff was friendly, so that seemed like an odd encounter.

Solo trip

I always wanted to stay at this particular hotel. It seems that it went through some renovations some years ago. Still looks in good shape, some details noted like hallway seemed a bit dirty, needed some vacuuming next to the walls. My room was clean, comfortable, all the amenities needed. There is a Wi-Fi service but I didn’t use it. A complimentary breakfast was included that was good. Overall it is a good option when you’re in town and look for a hotel close to the airport. The only issue is that the price I was charged is different from what shows in hotels.com. I will check again to see if they corrected.

I wanted to love this place and for the most part it was good. Cons, huge stain in the bedroom not sure what it was. Stayed for 4 days and everyday the shower was luke warm. The continental breakfast left little to be desired, which is fine however $17 for the breakfast seemed a bit much for what they served. Drinks at the bar was very over priced and appeared to be out of a lot, $14 for a glass of wine at a hotel off the Hwy was too much. Pros, overall the hotel was clean. The staff was nice and the hotel was conveniently located and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant staff was very friendly.

I didn't like the fact that they advertised breakfast served in the morning, which is usually a free breakfast, but the hotel was charging $17.32 per person. Obviously I did not pay such a ridiculous price. Also, we had no tv service the night we were there because Spectrum TV has a problem. I asked them to adjust our charge but they said no because it was not their fault. We'll never stay there again.

Hotel staff was nice and friendly. Hotel itself is old but in good condition. Our floor level had some dirty guest who spilled nut casings etc. They were never vacuum up through our stay. This said we will be coming back as very convenient for our meetings at the Petroleum club.

Just okay… desperately needs updating

The hotel is old and needs updating. They do a good job of wiping things down, but the lobby nor the rooms really felt clean. The carpet was dirty in the room, and the tile was dirty. The caulking and edges were filthy. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was clean but very thin. Our heater didn’t work, so our room was freezing. Our tv didn’t work until the last night, so it was quite boring during our downtimes. The hotel is supposed to be smoke free, but from the lobby to the elevator to the halls, it constantly reeked of smoke. Fortunately, my room did not smell of smoke. (I am highly allergic.) The staff was very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The location was perfect for our visit. Our stay was not terrible, but I probably would not stay here again.
