Awesome stay!
The personnel was super nice and friendly, especially when I checked in. We drove in pretty late and check in was really quick, which was great cause we had a 3 and 2 yr old ready for bed. Room was as described, the breakfast was nice and warm.

The breakfast scrambled eggs and potatoes were salty. The biscuits were doughy. Front desk staff was quick to help and friendly. Carpet in the room needed to be replaced. It was very worn and stained. Pool was nice and it was clean with plenty of towels available.

Found a roach in the room, apparently for this hotel you have to let them know to clean the rooms unlike every other hotel. Even after we did ask them to clean our room they still didn’t do it. Breakfast was ok I’ve had better at La Quinta hotels. The lighting in these hotels are horrible! There are only 2 tiny lights by the bed! Another thing is in one of the rooms none of the outlets were working we called to complain and they said they would send somebody and nobody came. Later on in the afternoon we had to go down to physically complain again until somebody showed up. So many issue will never come again

Great stay
I booked this trip with my best friend for 4 nights just to relax and escape from work. We drove about 5 hours to San Antonio. Upon reading some reviews, i was a bit iffy on this one. Everyone kept saying the service was terrible, the rooms were dirty and cars being broken into. This was not the experience i had at all! The breakfast was different each morning and their oatmeal was AMAZING. The rooms were clean and the ac blew super cold. The front desk people were so nice especially the night shift ! She was the best, and definitely made it memorable. The pool was indoors and also heated! Which felt great! Overall this stay was a success and would definitely book again!

It was ok. Stayed because of proximity to Lackland AF base for son’s graduation. Shower pressure was good which I find rare in hotels. Little dated but comfortable nonetheless. Close to shopping and dining, has a pool but I didn’t use it. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have it right at the hotel. And the room was clean. One thing I’d take note of-people parking in the fire lane and right along the front door made getting in and out of the parking area dicey. And when I say parked there, I mean parked, not stopped to check in as would be expected. I would stay here again but if the parking issue was still happening I’d mention it to the front desk. That is actually illegal as well as being a safety issue.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was ok, not great. Scrambled eggs were runny and the sausage was not the greatest. I would stay here again, though.

This was the most unkept Hampton in that I have ever stayed in. The beds were not the quality I am used to at the Hampton either. The entire hotel is in need of updating. Staff was excellent.
