The thermostat was not working and water pressure was bad in first room called front desk they were really nice moved us to another room right away water pressure was better and we’re able to work with thermostat.

Below average like way below
Stayed one night and had a very ruff time check in was easy staff was fine. The pillow case’s had what looked like mold the room above us was very loud from the moment we got there to the time we had to call and ask some one to quit them down (7pm-12pm). The breakfast was not what’s advertised and that’s what we where hopping would lift are spirits after a horrible night. The pictures of the breakfast posted online and in n the elevators is not what you will get. It was ver disappointing no eggs, bacon, waffles not much of anything would have just saved my money and got food somewhere else.

This hotel was in a great location, next to popular restaurant and shoppers stores. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well kept.
