It sucked the staff accused me of smoking in my room and I don't even smoke my guest did but she went outside every time and it call us to me $250 I would never stay there again

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place! Our room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful. They responded quickly with any and all requests we had! Even though the hotel was completely booked and our room was next to the elevator our stay was quiet. The daily happy hour was nice. Breakfast could use a few more options and seating area but was otherwise ok. We would definitely consider staying here again.

In the morning i checked the policy for the hotel and saw that we must be 21 or older, but the person who was checking in for us was only 18. So i decided to call and ask if we were still able to check into the hotel. When i got to talk to the hotel staff a lady told me that we would be fine checking in if we were 18. She even explained how and what we needed in order to check in. When we got to the hotel hours later we were informed that we’d have to be 21 in order to check into our room. I tried explaining to the front office that we were told by the hotel front desk in the morning how we could be 18 and still check in but it was a different staff member and she had no clue about our situation. I didn’t even get a refund. I demand a refund for this misguided situation me and my friend had to go through and all the stress we had to deal with during our trip.
