The property does have drainage problems slow in tub and sink, it’s a bit outdated but still nice, stain on one chairs, but beds comfy pillows and nice. I don’t feel they sanitize but that’s just an observation because the room is dimly lit and bathrooms look nice but don’t smell clean. The air condition needs an overhaul but works. It needed to be put on 60 to work properly. Made a complaint day 2 and other person making same complaint. They responded same day. Philipino Bellman was a delight and needs a raise or position to customer service. For a few days it’s still a very good property. Safe but late night parking leaves you parking a bit far. I wouldn’t mind staying again but will look at other options as well. Lobby is very roomy and the pool and hot tub seem nice as well.

This is primarily a business traveler hotel. Weekends are quiet and easygoing. Very convenient to major players in the area and Medical center and St Mary’s University.

This property needs some attention! The room was very dark only lighting was the bathroom and a bedroom lamp. Carpet seemed very dated not stocked well with any toilet paper or soap. We felt we were placed in a room that had not been slept in a while. The 1st room they checked us into was dirty wasn’t cleaned at all! Beds were still messy and had a smell. Would not consider staying here again!

I enjoyed the hotel and the staff were nice. It was quiet and relaxing. The indoor pool was nice and the option of the sauna was nice. The room was nice and spacious, and the towels and toiletries were very good. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
