There was a foul awful smell that filled the entire lobby area it was horrible it was obvious that someone behind the check in desk was cooking something that was so pungent you had to hold your nose as you crossed through the lobby I do not recommend staying there The smell actually attached itself to my t- shirt Omg run away from this place

Everything exceeded my expectations. Place was very clean, fresh, staff was great, checkin in was easy. They even turned the tv on and a welcome message was on the screen, with my name on it!! Who does that?! Loved it!! Absolutely recommend the place. Stayed with my two kids.

It was good stayed for a night for a concert in Helotes close by! Just a heads up they do charge $25 for checking in that will be refunded a few days after you check out!

We would stay here again. Easy access to hotel, check in was pleasant, and room was clean. Only problem was toilet seat was loose and about to fall off, made mention to lobby staff on duty when we checked out and she said she would take of it but didn't white any note for the maintenance crew. BTW it's room 212.

We didn’t have any glasses of any kind in our bathroom or room or ice bucket got in it 10 o’clock and did not take our medicine. The air conditioner was very noisy. It was clean and the bed is very comfortable. When we checked in, he felt like we were bothering the person at the counter that had his headphones on. There is no one at the breakfast area and it was all cold food.
