Very friendly staff, loved the valet parking. Th bathroom was a little neglected and the shower curtain was too short causing water to leak onto the floor. Other wise a lovely stay with a very nice restaurant as well.

Overall my stay at Riverwalk Plaza was fantastic. Staff was helpful and attentive. My room was minimalistic but clean and comfortable. Despite having an issue with my fridge, they responded and rectified it quickly. My only “complaint” is that my thermostat could not be turned below 68 so my room was often uncomfortably warm as well as the no check out late policy is rigid and outdated.

Never touched the wet bar
When i arrieved there was a basker sitting on the desk that was a "wet bar." I never touched. The i recieved a $36 bill and all it said was "wet bar." I have called 3 times and have been set to voice mail and noone has contacted me back.

Everyone was nice and friendly, great hospitality!! The restaurant at the hotel was delicious. The hotel it self is kind of old, however the interior is nice and updated. The rooms are kind of outdated and the beds are not really comfortable. But the hotel itself is still nice. Also the only parking is valet which is $40 a night. They have offsite parking but enter at your own risk.

The staff were warm & friendly! The amenities were very thoughtful. I loved the sanitizer wipes by phone & remote. Was able to connect my Hulu! The room was clean & comfortable loved the luxurious pillows! I chose city view & it was beautiful! And bonus, I had a view of the river! I also really appreciated the valet parking. No random people allowed in garage. Staff only & it's monitored. I didn't have to worry about the vehicle! I would definitely stay at Riverwalk Plaza in the future!
