Very pleased with the property and amenities. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The only thing I didn't like was the $100 hold placed on my credit card for 7-10 days for incidentals. These should be charged at time of check-out. I don't appreciate IHG holding onto funds for this long.

This place is AMAZING! The staff were awesome. The place was super clean. The breakfast was delicious. Social nights were really fun. Just an all around amazing place that over exceeded my expectations. Your establishment made my stay in San Antonio for my son's graduation from boot camp even more special. If I ever come back to SA I'm staying with you!

Staffing seemed as though they were not trained well enough to problem-solve. I felt like I made a mistake booking through Expedia. I did not feel 'at home' at the start. (3) Moves into the room where we finally ended up in. Just not a good experience OVERALL.
