Location was perfect. Close enough to all the action of Gaslamp that you can walk there. Room was clean and comfortable. Only small issue I had was the shower drained really slow and we had to hurry to shower so it didn’t overflow. Also the food at the cafe/restaurant was delicious!

My room had a great balcony and the view. But there were not shelves or drawers to put my things in. Also there was a smell. I moved out two days earlier and they did not refund me.

The location was very convenient but my overall experience was very average if not below average. Staff were not very helpful or knowledgeable when it came to checking information and having your booking through a third party like Expedia.
