At first i was given a room that STANK like cigarette. I am definitely glad that I went to the lobby and said “I’m sorry I don't want to be that person, but I cant stay in that room”and was given another room .No questions asked and was given an apology .The new room was much better. Room was nice and was conveniently in the front. The staff were very nice and I definitely enjoyed the complimentary coffee. I found where to stay when ever I go to SD :)

Quiet and clean with outdated (80’s) decor
Room was clean and quiet with outdated (80’s) decor. Everything in room worked. Plenty of towels. They do not accept debit cards from online banks.

The walkway is uneven near the room 707, which caused me to trip. In the room, the floor is coming apart and there is heat coming from the floor. The refrigerator does not work. There is heat coming from the refrigerator.

A no frills stay, the staff was always accessible, helpful and friendly. There was always someone focused and quietly cleaning around the property. I'd stay there again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. And the grounds, while kinda rundown were very pretty. The rooms were very outdated and dingy. The bed was painfully firm and the pillows were not supportive. The lock only turned partway, but we had no issues with anyone. The walls are paper thin and you can hear you're neighbors clearly. I am 5'3 and had to slightly duck under the shower head it was so low.
