Drove 22 hours after having a reservation for two months and was told they didn’t have a room for us and they canceled the reservation. She offered to book a new room at double the price originally agreed on from this website.

My hotel room entire floor smelled like marijuana smoke because someone was smoking in their room smoke smell went inside my room. I was with my wife and 6 month old daughter. I called front seat to complaint and staff said there was nothing that they could do about it. The room I picked was smoke free but I guess that’s just false information.

My baby was crying because she hurt herself while she was walking. (She’s 1 barely learning how to walk and very energetic). Apparently someone complained of the noise and they called me several times. That I need to tell my babies to keep it down. Left the hotel right after. Could not deal with people telling me to tell my baby to keep it down. Anyone that has kids knows better.

The staff was good and friendly. The rooms however are a bit old. The bed was old and uncomfortable, my shower was extremely old and did not function properly to give full water pressure.

one issue upon checking out they charged $74 for parking 2 days this was not clearly communicated upon check in. she said $37 for the stay we understood $37 for the 2 days not $74. I asked for the manager upon checking out the front desk lady refused saying why, why you need the manager there are none at this time, as the argument continued, I am asking I said for the 6th time please get a manager out here. finally, she went to the back and the manager was not helpful saying the $74 charge for 2-day parking will not change and for me to contact Expedia which is insane! Money was not the issue the principal of this. I also wanted to pay for my daughter friend room and didn't ask how much the charge is I just handed my card to pay for someone else room, so the point it is not the money I am capable but the principal of it. I will never go to this property again.

Just horrible parking...the spaces are LITERALLY the size of a compact car! What the hell is that? I would NEVER stay there again just for that! Banging everywhere...the room doors..the walls. Freeway noise. The hotel and rooms look like they were remodeled 15 years ago with the cheapest budget products. You also have a beige 2 gang bathroom light switch wall plate on a white wall. The front desk lady was SUPER nice, though!

The stay was great and the service was great. I am giving 3 stars because they charge you to park at this location. That is absolutely ridiculous. It's 37 per car per night. That wasn't made clear to me when I obtained my parking passes and I won't be returning to this location. Other than that, GREAT stay.

Disappointed birthday surprise for our daughter!
This is a hotel we chose to stay at all weekend and booked two room! As one room we decorated and set up sweet treats for our 17 year old daughters surprise birthday. We noticed the room was uncomfortable warm and quickly put on the AC and went out to return with our family. As we walked in and surprised her all her hello kitty sweets were melted. 😔 Cupcakes,cakesicles,cake pops,chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate covered strawberries all melted. We had notified maintenance to fix ac in both rooms. We had to get all the treats and put them in the fridge,well that idea just got worse as we went to get the treats out they were all frozen. One fridge didn’t work and the other froze everything. We had many issues at the hotel and they don’t even offer free coffee for their guest. They offered no compensation whatsoever. This was a complete disappointment for our surprise and to our daughter. Would not ever return to this loctation! Horrible experience!
