When I booked a room with you, I said we were celebrating our anniversary and we got a room with a view of the roof. We had multiple fire false alarms and had to run out of our room. The breakfast was ok, nothing had flavor. We went out for breakfast. Spent more money than we anticipated. At one point we were so thirsty, that there was no water in the containers you have for your guests or to buy in your store. We drove out to buy water. The parking is super tight and very dark at night. When I booked my room it said that all taxes and fees were included in the total, now we are receiving a separate charge for daily parking for our stay, which is not shown on your reservation site. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay at your hotel.

Front staff very welcoming, incident happened while our stay fore alarm went off out in hall than stared beeping in our room maintenance came in very rude left a few seconds returned and said what u do it came from your room? We were having dinner in kitchen area babies were asleep and we said nothing. He made a rude face and left.

The property is a go to spot. Clean, modern, spacious. The breakfast was ok. Cheap premade waffles and French toast was not to our liking but it doesn’t matter cause we book the hotel for the room not the food. My only complaint was the bed is a little firm. Other than that. We like staying at this property.
