Nice location. Some of the staff members are amazing and some others not so great. The young man who welcomed us was great. The tall lady that was there when we got our luggage from storage was super helpful and went above and beyond. Our room was not cleaned even though we were gone most of the day. The phone in the room is useless. If no one is going to answer any of the pre-programmed options why have it?

Customer service was great. The only thing was when I went down for breakfast the staff(waitress) was petting, hugging a dog and serving food without washing their hands. I asked for a To go container and went to my room I did not eat the food.

We chose this hotel due to how close it was to Petco park, and it’s close to a lot of cool places as well! Also, the rooftop bar is incredible! Don’t sleep on it and go! However, when it came to housekeeping, the beds were sloppily made, and trays of food that were eaten from neighbors, were outside their room for nearly a whole day. It’s a good place, if you’re not there the whole day, but as far as cleanliness, not so much.
