The stay and generally the whole experience in general was very smooth and great. However, the bathroom was not so clean. There was a long crack in the sink. Some hair was in the bathtub. The room juat didn't feel clean or maybe was cleaned in a rush.

The location was wonderful. Our room was quiet, clean, and had a lovely view of both city and water. The pool/ hot tub area was clean and spacious. Since the hotel caters more to the mature and business travelers, we were able to enjoy the amenities without being overwhelmed by young children.

The only thing I would change is to have better/substantial pillows. They are not ergonomic nor are they of the thickness to allow for neutral cervical spine rest position. Would seriously reconsider your use of the pillow. That being said, the front desk support from Ria is wonderful and has been every time we stay. We also enjoyed Drewski at The Landings. He went above and beyond for us. Both are excellent!

The location is excellent, and all the staff working there are very helpful and went above and beyond. The rooms need some work-super dimly lit, you can hear the room next to you when they use the sink, the design of the sink was horrible (water splatters everywhere), there also was a crack in the sink bowl. The faucet was really hard to turn, and for some reason the sink and tub only gave hot water. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay with lovely staff
