Avoid this place!
The room was halfway take care of. Definitely didn’t get a deep clean and had issues like lamps not working, towel racks coming off from the wall, the sink clogged, and just generally not thoroughly cleaned. The worst part was seeing the type of people this place attracted. It looked like a spot where people sold drugs out of late at night. The human trafficking warning in the lobby felt appropriate after seeing the shady looking characters walking around like they owned the place and making noise in the parking lot all hours of the night. I’m pretty laid back and cool with having a good time, but these people were concerning and clearly either were on some hard drugs or had been at one point. Way too expensive for the room condition and the safety issues and I’ll never stay here again.

Dirty, outdated, nothing like advertised in photos, poor quality in every aspect of the basic services you expect in a hotel. No comforter so the thin ratty blankets they gave us had cigarette burns. Rooms stink as electric wall heat and AC had poor ventilation. I asked 3 days in a row to remove the nasty dust and hair ball when you first walk in the room - it’s still there. The only reason we chose here was to have a king and twin bunks with kitchenette, but they didn’t even make up the kid beds or provide napkins, cups or tea. Towels were thin. Pool and hot tub were old and paint chipped. Elevators creaky. Such a disappointment for our anticipation big trip.

Wouldn't stay here again
The room was very old and lots of things were broken. The floors were really sticky. Shower was cracked and rusted. My 9 year old daughter refused to use it. Room smelled pretty bad. Beds were not comfortable.

The room that was given to me had a smoke odor mixed with an unpleasant smell. I had to leave the door slightly open so it can air and had to spray the room with Lysol. The bathroom was not that clean there was small roaches in the bathroom.

Very dated looks like they are just trying to squeeze every penny out of the property without putting to much tlc into it. Never got our room cleaned or fresh towels after 3 days. Said free parking on the site, but only if you want to park on the street they charge 15 dollars a day for parking on property, also no breakfast and jacuzzi was luke warm bath water at best.
