We finished our remodel June 2020. Check out our reviews. So far so good. It looks like it's almost unanimous (5 Stars)!

This is a great location and a good place to barbecue and relax... only 2 properties from the sand.

Sleeps 5 comfortably or 6 with 2 couples and 2 small kids.. You'll love the front deck with a little view of sand and water with 6 seater gas Fire-pit dining table and all-weather wicker couch.

2 bedrooms, 1 Cal King bed and one Queen beds, also a Queen sleeper in Sectional sofa (memory foam).

2 bathrooms; 1 full bath and an ensuite bath in the master bedroom.

All bedding, linens, and furniture are good quality. It is clean, disinfected, and decorated nicely with very comfortable beds and furniture. We offer a lot, including all the beach necessities; beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, sand toys for kids, and beach cruiser bikes (sorry no small kids bikes). No need to pack much.

Parking for one car in garage. Free parking on the street. The garage will fit a big SUV but not lifted extended bed trucks.

The coin-operated laundry facilities are shared in the garage with an upstairs separate 1 bedroom unit. That's the only access they have to the house. They also have their own parking space and back entrance (their space is to the right of the garage). The tenant is very nice and keeps to himself so don't worry about your privacy. You probably won't even see him.

We have a card table and 4 folding chairs in case you want to play games at night inside or if you happen to be there when it's raining (hopefully you won't have rain but it happens just not too often).

Free WIFI and Direct TV with all the apps you can sign into with our own account.

Please only inquire if you are a small respectful group or family. This is not a party house! The homeowners next door will not tolerate loud music or drunken groups on the deck causing disturbances.

PET-FREE ZONE due to severe allergies. Including support animals.

Wonderful stay
Everything was fantastic. Perfect place for four people and close to everything. The beach is visible from the patio. We took in some beautiful sunsets. Sue was great and very helpful as it related to using the laundry and opening the garage. Would stay again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Home for a Family Vacation!
Perfect home for a small family who wants to relax and enjoy a beach vacation! Loved the spacious front deck that offered a partial ocean view. Ideal quiet location, just 1.5 block walk to the beach. Great communication with the owners.

What a great find!! We really enjoyed our holiday stay at this beach house. The communication was excellent from the time I booked-which was months ahead of the trip date. Best Beach house!
Absolutely love this place! It's me second time here and I just fall in love everytime with it! It's cozy, big enough for 6 people, it's clean and all the bikes are great! We had the best time in San Diego thanks to this VRBO! We will see you again :)

Great place, great location.
We love this house. It’s well kept, clean, easy access to the beach and a cute street with food, coffee, etc. came down for parents weekend for SDSU. Plenty of room and a great outside deck and enough supplies to make a home cooked meal for the kids . We will be back!

Size and location was perfect, short distance to the boardwalk and beach. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Water pressure in one shower was not as good as it was in the other shower. Awesome to have bikes and beach chairs available. Nice sitting area outside.

My family and I are so happy we stumbled across this VRBO listing. We absolutely LOVED our stay!! The kitchen is so well stocked and the entire home was SO clean. The patio/deck was my personal fav as nothing beats drinking your morning coffee outside and watching and hearing the waves. My kids made themselves right at home and we felt the home was the perfect size for us for a week stay. The hosts were so sweet and easy to communicate with as well. 10/10 for everything. We loved it and absolutely will be back!!

Great Vacation Home!
My husband and I stayed for a week with our 2 adult daughters. There was plenty of room for all of us. The place was clean and check-in was easy. The house included everything we needed (bikes, beach, chairs, towels, etc.), plus a few household extras that have not been included in other houses we have rented (shampoo, body wash, hand soap). The location is great! It is very close to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants in Mission and Pacific Beach. We had great communication with the owner. Absolutely no complaints!

We had the best stay. When we arrived, we were thrilled to see the home. It was super clean and the proximity to the beach was unbelievable. A major plus for us to have access to a coin operated washer and dryer as well as garage. Susan is an absolute doll! I appreciate her open communication. We stayed for 7 nights and we would love to stay again in the future.

Great place to stay!
This is our second year using this place and it was just as memorable as the last. The host checking in on us to see how it was going. Host provides everything you need for the beach! Towels, chairs, umbrellas, buckets and shovels. Host also has bikes we used as well to head to the pier. It’s close to the market and Bellemont. You and your family will love this place!

We were a group of friends wishing to relax and be close to the beach - this property was perfect! Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed to bring to the beach with us, and we were just steps from the sand. Absolutely perfect
We went to San Diego to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and tour USD. This was a perfect place to stay. Easy access to all the amenities, including garage parking tons of toys to use and very clean. I would definitely stay there again when we come back in the fall.
