Love the location. Unbeatable. Nice staff. Hotel is somewhat dated. Which I don’t mind. Just remember to request a high level floor. The pier has lots of people and cars with loud music. The hotel has no complimentary water or coffee. Very important to bring that back.

Upon arriving to the hotel, it took over an hour just to find parking, the hotel parking was full. When we discussed with check-in staff Kalinda she suggested a meter parking or finding street parking somewhere (mind you street parking was full everywhere) but they made no apologies for the inconvenience of not having parking for their guests. She then made a comment about it being labor day weekend however after speaking to several staff of the hotel they all mentioned that parking is always horrible at this total so it had nothing to do with labor day weekend. Rooms are extremely outdated and super noisy. We heard kids jumping and crying all night, then apparently guests felt the need to start rearranging patio furniture at 7am and carried on for hours. Poor customer service and outdated, noisy rooms.

It took days to get tissue for the bathroom - I was staying several days and bathroom wasn’t stocked. The room I was in you could hear the elevators rollers going up and down The staff Lizie and Naomi were truly amazing

I originally booked a non-refundable king room for my wife and I. I then found out my daughter was going to be in town so tried to switch it to a 2 double bed room. Expedia wanted to charge me for a whole new room. Went to the hotel and they changed my room with no problem. For this alone I give them 5 stars.

The experience checking in was good and worked out well, the part of the facility we were put in was a bit run down and outdated and falling apart, I loved our view and the balcony facing the sun/water, it was dirty but we cleaned it up and that made it even better. Staff was awesome and helpful and the shuttle to and from airport was fantastic
