This was a nice experience for the price I paid in 2024. Very quiet. Decent area. Keep in mind SF has a loooot of homeless everywhere. So don’t feel as if you choose a bad hotel the moment you pull up to check in.
Room was disgusting. Smelled horribly of mildew masked by heavy cleaners. Even with the cleaner smell, everything was dirty. Toilet had urine on it, bathtub was very dirty. The bed was literally collapsing in the center. Light fixtures falling out of the ceiling and off the walls. The parking lot is terrible. Linens smelled like they'd been sitting in a dusty closet for months. Overall just terrible. Avoid this place at all costs. The only good thing was the gentleman at the front desk. Very friendly, respectful and helpful.
The customer service from the minute I checked in to the housekeeping to the check out was excellent as always ... ESPECIALLY housekeeping, she always has a smile although I don't speak Spanish she always makes it easy to communicate with her and she is very helpful.
The only complaint I have with the hotel in general is ... I hate to say it but the carpets are in real need of a deep cleaning service. I understand that would make the room unavailable until the carpet dries, but it truly is in need of a deep cleaning. Aside from that it's a great place to stay and you can't ask for a more central location and the bonus is, they don't charge for parking that's a huge bonus... thank you Bay Bridge Inn for being among my favorite and comfy places to land at...
I didn’t like their system on putting a fee “hold” on the card. It processes it through and you will have to wait a couple weeks and call your bank to push the refund credit of the hold back to your card.
The service was fast quick and easy. Hotel condition was a little tacky. For instance the shower curtain kept sliding because of how the rod was curved. Most of the window blinds were missing a part of it. And the door wasn’t sealed properly like there was crack along the siding. However, the staff were really nice. It was quiet. Free self parking made it easy to get to and from room.

This property has parking, but it is extremely limited and difficult to get a parking spot. While the room itself was clean and looked modern, the surrounding area felt rather unsafe. I saw a lot of homeless people in the parking lot. The WiFi also did not work properly and the shower did not work either. Staff was also rude to me when I needed assistance with my room key.
