When booking our stay property advertise hotel shuttle and restaurant on premises, no shuttle we had to take Uber which cost $30 then kitchen was on limited menu so my husband had to walk over highway to a chicken restaurant 😞 😞 highway to pur so h

Never got to hotel. Waited 90 min at International Terminal at SFO for a shuttle on a busy Sunday afternoon. Nothing. The fourth time a shuttle for one of their competitors came by, we got on it and checked in there. BW can keep my money but has lost my business for good.

I was a little bit skeptical to stay here due to the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was very good, there is a variety of things. We only stayed one night here. Parking can get a little full. We would definitely stay here again.
