I was told upon check-in that the only way staff would enter our room was if we requested it at the front desk. In the first 24 hours, they tried at least 3 times, while we were in the room. Phantom charges for parking even though I was told it would be charged at the end. By the end of our stay, only one elevator was working and it took forever to pick up.

It was not that bad. But it wasn't amazing too. The room is not that clean. There are old tags (from clothes) on the chair and the windows are very dirty with cobwebs and lots of dust, although its from the outside, i just haven't seen a hotel room window that dirty before. It's not that bad, but for a big hotel, I've seen a much nicer and cleaner rooms in some smaller and cheaper hotels.

The pluses are: the affordable price, the proximity to the airport and the fact that it provides a shuttle from SFO to hotel. Staff was generally ok without being super nice. Minuses are the lack of good transportation to downtown, no dining around and the cleanliness. There were ants everywhere in the room. Additionally, the bathtub had poor draining, which is as gross as it can be.
