The only problem I had was that the air conditioner was old and very noisy. In fairness, when I mentioned to the front desk, they offered to have someone look at it, but room was too crowded and I didn’t want someone coming in the room.

The hotel is fine. Room was super clean and there was a nice urban view. The pool area was very nice and the elevators were fast. Limited coffee service in the morning. Night time is sketchy. However that’s SF and I would def. stay there again. I liked it fine.

We loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and it was a very nice hotel, new. We loved the location, we walked everywhere! We could easily catch a trolley, walk to restaurants (many good options), very close to touristic sights. The staff was very friendly. I tend to miss my bed when I'm vacationing but luckily for us this was one of the most comfortable beds we've slept in at a hotel. Wonderful place to stay!

Absolute chaos at check in time with customers everywhere and staff having a hard time handling it. They try to upsell/charge you more at check-in for higher floors (don't even ask to check in 10 mins early!) Difficult requesting to use the hotel shared restroom facilities as they are locked. Decent sized quiet rooms on a clean street.
